Connect your Microsoft 365 account to Rally for efficient email, calendar management, and interview scheduling and management. Depending on the Workspace settings configured by your Rally Super Admin, you may only need to connect your calendar. This applies when a custom email domain has been set up as the preferred email method.

Connect to Microsoft 365

  1. In the top right corner of Rally, select your user icon and select 'Settings'.

  2. From the sidebar, select 'Connected Accounts'.

  3. To the right of Microsoft 365, select 'Connect Microsoft 365'.

  4. A popup will appear asking you to log into your Microsoft 365 account.

  5. After signing in, you’ll need to approve the requested permissions, listed in the table below.

  6. Confirm all required checkboxes are selected before clicking 'Continue' to avoid encountering connection errors.

  7. Once complete, your Microsoft 365 account should be connected and ready to use!

Admin Approval Requirement

Depending on your company's security requirements, after connecting your account to Rally you may see a message that you need admin approval before continuing. If you see this message, contact your IT department to request that they grant Rally access as an approved application for your organization.
