Certain reward options from the general Tremendous Catalog are not supported and unavailable for Rally participant incentive redemption (Venmo, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).

Participant Incentive Redemption Experience
When an incentive is sent to a participant, they'll receive an email with a link to redeem their incentive reward. Customize the incentive email template ahead of time to add branding to include company logo and brand color, edit the text, and more.
Clicking the button to redeem will open a Tremendous link prompting them to click Redeem again.
After clicking Redeem, the recipient will be presented with a list of options available in their redemption region. Tremendous detects the redemption region based on the recipient's IP location. They can browse all currently available options in their country.
The recipient must always confirm the option they choose by clicking Redeem again. The relevant expiry details, merchant information, and Terms and Conditions can all be reviewed before the recipient finalizes their selection.
