Rally Incentives are powered by Tremendous for easily fulfilling incentives directly in Rally, for studies conducted with your own users, offering a global, flexible, scalable incentive system for research studies. This allows for flexible fund management with no upfront commitments, meaning you avoid getting locked up with prepaid credits. Funds live in budgets; see Set up and fund budgets, or request an invoice to add funds. To get started, enable incentives on a study, then send incentives to your participants.

Benefits of Rally Incentives

Rally's Tremendous integration lets your team set up, fund, and send incentives to participants in one place, without ever leaving Rally. Benefits include:

• International participant support: Send incentives to participants in 200+ countries worldwide, so they receive incentives in their local currency.

• Diverse incentive options: Select the desired incentive amount to send, and give participants the flexibility to choose from over 2,000 options, including gift cards, prepaid cards, and charitable donations.

• Charity donations: Send only charity options to participants who aren't able to accept incentives due to company policies.

7-day cancellation window

Incentives sent through Rally follow Tremendous' standard 7-day cancellation window:

• For up to 7 days, you can cancel a sent incentive that hasn't been claimed. During this time its payment status is Unclaimed (Refundable). Hover over the payment status to see the date it's refundable until.

• After 7 days, the incentive can no longer be canceled, and the funds are considered spent. Its payment status becomes Unclaimed (Non-Refundable), and the participant can still claim it.

• Once the participant redeems the incentive, its payment status is Claimed. Incentives that stay unclaimed for a year expire.

Multi-currency incentives

Rally incentives support participants in 200+ countries, so sending in USD amounts is recommended, as participants select their own currency when redeeming. See the Participant Incentive Redemption Experience.

You can also send incentives in other currencies. The supported currencies are:

• British Pound (GBP)

• Canadian Dollar (CAD)

• Australian Dollar (AUD)

Custom incentives

Custom incentives let you log and send rewards that aren't delivered through Tremendous (such as in-app credits or discount codes) so you can keep track of what each participant received. A study can use either Tremendous incentives or custom incentives, and custom incentives are available only for in-house recruitment studies. See Custom incentives for how to set them up and log them.
