When Participants complete a screener or survey, their responses will be recorded within the Study for you to review in Rally or export as a CSV download.

Setting up Conditional Logic in your screeners enables you to auto-qualify or disqualify Participants based on their responses and allow them to proceed to the next step, such as booking an interview or completing an unmoderated test, without waiting for their responses to be reviewed. If you don't use conditional logic to auto-qualify or disqualify Participants, learn how to manually review responses and Qualify Participants to proceed with the next steps.

πŸ’‘ Screeners cannot be submitted twice by a Participant for the same Study. This avoids overwriting original responses or any Participants attempting to bypass a disqualification with an additional submission attempt.

Add Participant Profile Property Data to Responses Export

πŸ’‘ Include additional Participant Profile data in your responses export by adding columns to the table for relevant profile properties.

  • You may want to add additional properties to the table before exporting responses to identify who they are for any cohort analysis. i.e. gender, age, etc. This can help with avoiding asking the same questions if they are already in your database.

View All Exports

You can view all your exports by navigating to People in Rally and selecting 'Exports' from the bottom of the sidepanel.

Learn more about how to export data from different Rally tables, including steps detailing how to upload the CSV file into a new Google Sheets spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel workbook to view or share your data with teammates outside of Rally.
