Screener statuses

As participants move through a screener, Rally tracks their progress with a status shown in the Screener Responses table, usable as a filter, and useful for spotting who needs your attention next. Here's what each one means and potential next steps:

This list covers the screener-specific status shown in a study's Screener Responses table. It's a different, narrower set than the broader participant journey status (which includes states like "Screener Started" or "Survey Started"). See Participant statuses for that fuller picture.

  • Screener Sent: Screener has been sent to the Participant.

  • Screener Completed: Participant has submitted responses to the Screener and may require review.

  • Qualified: Participant has been marked as qualified to proceed with the Study. Take action by sending them interview emails.

  • Auto-Qualified: Participant is auto-qualified based on Screener responses. Take action by sending them interview emails.

  • Not Qualified: Participant has been marked as not qualified to proceed with the Study. Take action by sending a custom email thanking them for their responses.

  • Auto Disqualified: Participant is automatically marked not qualified based on screener responses (via conditional logic). Take action by sending a custom email thanking them for their responses.

Open any study with a screener and select Screener Responses from the sidepanel. Optionally, use filters to filter for a specific screener status.
