Each role type will show a complete list of the access and permissions available for that role within Rally to ensure the appropriate access level per user.

Learn more about users, roles, and permissions.
After confirming everything is correct, select 'Invite User'.
The new user will receive an invite email to join Rally and set up their profile and preferences. New user email invitations to Rally are valid for 30 days, and then their User Status will update to "Invitation Expired." If the invitee has not accepted and joined Rally within that time and is having trouble or is unable to log into Rally, you can resend the invite from Users & Roles.
As needed, you can invite someone directly who has a different email domain than the primary SSO domain, such as a freelancer. They can log in via passwordless login by having Rally email them a temporary sign in link each time instead of going through SSO.
