When you add funds to a budget, you can now choose between:
Pay by invoice β Get an official PDF invoice sent to your email (and CC/BCC anyone you choose). The invoice includes all billing details and payment options (bank transfer, credit card, WeChat Pay, Cash app, and more).
Pay by credit card β Still available for fast, direct payments.
Request Invoice to Add Funds
Navigate to Budgets and select the Invoices tab.
Invoices shows records for all requests made directly within Rally.
Select Add funds and choose Pay by Invoice.
Enter the required fields for the invoice:
Select the Budget to add funds into.
Enter an optional Description.
Enter the total Amount, Bill To, the principal Email to send the invoice to and add additional emails to cc or bcc, and Billing Address.
Bill To and Billing Address pre-fill workspace details; edit as needed.
Select Request Invoice to confirm once everything is correct.
Rally will immediately generate and send the invoice to the included emails for payment. You can also view and download the invoice now.
Funds will be added to your workspace shortly after the invoice payment is sent to Rally. Check with your finance team for confirmation payment was sent.
Invoicing is only done in USD. Please specify the dollar amount in USD.
