Archive your closed studies to clean up your studies page without deleting them. Participation history and data will be preserved, but participants will no longer be able to access any study components.

Archive Studies

Only closed studies can be archived. You can archive studies individually or in bulk.

Learn more about Study Statuses and how to close a study before archiving it.

Individually

  1. Navigate to the studies page and find the relevant closed study.

  2. Select the 3 dots ... and then Archive.

  3. Confirm in the pop-up that you would like to Archive study.

In Bulk

  1. Navigate to the studies page and find the relevant closed study.

    • Use the Status filter at the top of the table to view only "Closed" studies.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select the closed studies to be archived.

  3. Select the Archive button at the top of the table.

View Archived Studies

  • Navigating to your studies page and select the Archive tab at the top to view all archived studies.

Note: Archived studies do not allow study data to be exported. To export data from an archived study, unarchive the study to export and then archive once finished.

Unarchive Studies

Accidentally archived studies can be unarchived and restored to your main studies page as closed studies. This also allows you to export study data again.

  1. Navigate to your studies page and select the Archive tab at the top.

  2. Locate the relevant archived study and select the checkbox(es).

  3. Select the Unarchive button at the top.

  4. Confirm in the pop-up that you would like to Unarchive study.

To locate this restored study again, select the Studies tab at the top of the table to return to your main studies page and then filter for studies with the "Closed" Status.
