Easily move studies to the correct teams to organize or change access.

Need to move a study to a different team to clean up and organize, change who has access, or assign a specific team to a study created before your workspace was upgrated to the new Rally for Teams? Admins can now quickly and easily accomplish this.

You can now move studies to a different team directly from the study table. This applies to all studies (including any that are not currently associated to a team). Each study can only be assigned to 1 team.

Important Notes:

  • Confirm that any users that need continued access to studies being moved are members of the destination team, and that the destination team has access to any email templates or budgets these studies are setup to use.

Move Studies between Teams

💡Tip: Make sure the Team you’re moving the study to has access to the email templates or budgets that the study uses!

🚨 If you move a study into a Team that a user working on that study is not part of, the user will no longer be able to access it.

  1. Navigate to the Studies page.

  2. Carefully select the study (or studies) using the checkboxes to move.

  3. Select the Move to Team button at the top of the table.

  4. Carefully select the team these should be moved to. A study can only be assigned to a single team.

    • If you'd like V1 studies to remain visible to any user with permission to view studies, you can skip this and choose not to assign old studies to a team.

  5. Select Move # studies to team to complete.
