UXRs can now be given permission to create and modify Lists and/or Segments within Populations they have access to, without needing permission to create or modify Populations.
🚨 Creating and managing Lists requires the "Create and modify population lists" permission. Creating and managing Segments requires the "Create and modify population segments" permission. This includes the Rally default roles Admin, Ops Manager, or Researcher.
Admins can grant these permissions to any custom roles in Settings > Roles in Rally.
