This article provides instructions for customers using Rally for Teams (Rally V2). Your Rally admin will let you know when it's time to switch to Rally for Teams.
You can view and manage Study Templates at the Workspace level to view all across the workspace, or from the Team level to view only those available to a specific team.
π¨ Creating and managing Study Templates requires the "Create and modify study templates" and "View study templates" permissions. This includes the Rally default roles Admin, Ops Manager, or Researcher.
Team membership determines which Study Templates users have access to, as well as the access set on the template, such as workspace-wide or team specific.
View and Edit Study Templates
Select Templates from the side nav bar to view available Study Templates, or select Templates from within a specific Team to only view team-specific templates.
Select the name of a template to open the study builder and begin editing.
After making changes, select Update Template in the top right to save and apply.
See a complete list of unpublished edits before updating by selecting # edits made in the top right, and optionally Undo edits.
To discard your edits, select Exit in the top left and confirm Discard.
π¨ Changes made to study templates will not update Studies already created from the study template.
