Custom Rules Examples

  • Onboarding ended within the past 30 days

  • Currently onboarding

  • Renewal Contract Date is within the next 4 months

  • CSM Sentiment = At Risk

  • AM Sentiment = "At Risk" or "Cancellation Requested" or "Churn"

  • Currently in POC - checked

  • PM Do Not Contact - checked

Navigate to Settings > Governance > Custom Rules and select + New Rule to set up.
