Add People via CSV Import
Quickly add many participants and their property data to Rally via CSV import. Uploading a .csv is the preferred method when directly adding people in bulk, whether into your workspace database, into a population, or into a specific study.

Add People to Rally FAQ
โน๏ธ Why are people from my .csv file upload not showing in Rally? Did my import fail?
While most uploads are nearly immediate, depending on the amount of data you upload via .csv, it may take up to an hour to complete very large imports. Rally will continue running this in the background. View .csv import history and check upload status by navigating to the Population they were uploaded into and selecting the Imports tab at the top. "Processing" means Rally is still uploading your file; "Completed" means all data from this file should now be available.
