This article provides instructions for customers using Rally for Teams (Rally V2). Your Rally admin will let you know when it's time to switch to Rally for Teams.
Forms are a powerful research tool designed to seamlessly bring your customers (or prospects, and beyond!) into Rally as participants for future research.
After capturing new participants with digital sign-up forms and easily growing your audience, manage new participant signups to review screener responses and response dates, compare signups that submitted name and email only vs those that completed a screener submisson and those that completed consent submissions.
Forms Signups and Screener Responses
All Forms signups are added to the Population associated during Form creation or editing, and are added to a dedicated List in the Population.
Navigate to the Forms page from your Rally Workspace level or Team level.
Select a Form to open.
Review all new participants. Name and Email are the only required fields to apply.
The Signups page shows all new submissions, whether they completed the Consent Form, submitted a Screener Response, or simply input their name and email.
The Screener Responses page only shows new submissions that also completed the screener if one was included, and includes screener questions and responses columns by defauly.
Add any additional columns to view all relevant data.
