💡 Set up Scheduling for a Study to allow Participants to automatically book interviews based on your configurations and availability. Book Manual Interviews to bypass limits or availability, and log past interviews or interviews outside Rally.

Easily view, manage, update, and take action on interviews from the Study Overview for any Study. Available actions will be determined by whether an interview is Upcoming, Completed, No Showed, or Canceled.

Manage Upcoming Interviews

  1. Open an Interview Study.

  2. Select 'Interviews' from the sidepanel.

  3. By default, the 'Upcoming' Interviews tab at the top will be selected and shown.

  4. Select the 3 dots to the right of any upcoming interview to take the following actions:

    • Join the meeting

    • Edit interview details

    • Compose emails to the Participant

    • Reschedule the interview

    • Copy the scheduling link to send to the Participant if they’d like to make any changes

    • Mark as no-show or completed

    • Cancel the interview

If a Participant confirms their interview scheduling but responds "Maybe" to the calendar event, they will be shown as "Attendance Unknown" in the Interviews section of your Study Overview.
