Stay connected with real-time notifications of participant interactions, study progress, and important events in Slack.

๐Ÿ’ก Slack is connected by each individual Rally user, and will only provide notifications directly to that user based on any Studies or Panels they are involved with or Participants they interact with.

Stay on top of Participant interactions, Study progress, and important events effortlessly through Rally's Slack integration. Receive real-time notifications directly in your Slack app, via the RallyBot Slack App, ensuring you're always informed and connected.


Connect to Slack

  1. In the top right corner of Rally, select your user icon and select 'Settings'.

  2. From the sidebar, select 'Connected Accounts'.

  3. To the right of Slack, select 'Connect Slack'.

  4. A popup will appear asking you to log into your Slack account.

  5. After signing in, approve the requested permissions, listed in the table below.

  6. Select 'Allow'.

  7. Once complete, your Slack account should be connected and ready to use!

When connecting your Slack account to Rally, we'll ask for the following required permissions:

Rally needs the ability to message you in Slack to send notifications that keep you informed on Participant interactions, Study progress, Panel signups, and Interview scheduling and updates.


Configure Slack Notifications

Easily configure or edit which Notifications you'd like to receive in Slack by navigating to Settings, selecting Notifications from the sidebar, and enabling the checkboxes next to each Notification type you'd like to receive. Slack notifications from RallyBot include links to bring you directly to the corresponding Study, Screener, Consent Form, Panelist Signup, or Interview.
