This article provides instructions for customers using Rally V1. Your Rally admin will let you know when it's time to switch to Rally for Teams. For customers using Rally for Teams, jump to the Rally for Teams section below.
Edit User Profile
Add your preferred name and profile picture for collaboration with teammates in Rally.
In the top right corner of Rally, select your user icon and select 'Settings'.
From the sidebar, select 'Profile'.
Customize your profile by adding your preferred name, which will be displayed across Rally as your identifier.
Upload a profile picture to share your friendly face with your team.
Select 'Save Changes'.
Rally for Teams
The steps above are for customers using Rally V1. The section below includes specific instructions for customers using Rally for Teams.
Edit User Profile
Add your preferred name and profile picture for collaboration with teammates in Rally.
In the bottom left corner of Rally, select your name to select My profile.
Alternatively, select your workspace name in the top left and select Settings.
Customize your profile by adding your preferred name, which will be displayed across Rally as your identifier.
Upload a profile picture to share your friendly face with your team. You can also change or remove your profile picture here.
Select Save Changes.
Check to see which Role you are assigned which determines your permissions level.
