Capture usability and design insights through Listen Lab's AI-Moderated research tests, while managing the end-to-end study process from recruitment to incentives in Rally.
Recruit from an external panel or from your own user database for Listen Labs usability tests.
Send incentives through Rally to thank participants who complete usability tests.
There's no special setup required in Listen Labs or Rally, you just need to enter the Listen Labs share link in your Rally Study. Your participants will be automatically marked as completed in Rally when they reach the end of the Listen Labs test.
Use Listen Labs in Rally Studies
Create a new unmoderated test study in Rally.
When prompted to select the app used for the test, choose Listen Labs.
In Listen Labs, go to any project and click on Recruit and then copy the Shareable link.
Enter test URL: Paste in your Listen Labs share link into your Rally Study.
Complete study setup and begin research.
Rally details can be displayed in Listen Labs responses, including:
Participant ID
Study ID
Source of response
Each attribute will be displayed within the URL Parameters section for each response.
