Rally has partnered with Ballpark to enable customers to seamless run Rally Studies with unmoderated tests.

  • Capture usability and design insights through Ballpark’s unmoderated tests, while managing the end-to-end study process from recruitment to incentives in Rally.

  • Recruit from an external panel or from your own user database for Ballpark usability tests.

  • Send incentives through Rally to thank participants who complete usability tests.

There's no special setup required in Ballpark or Rally, you just need to enter the Ballpark share link in your Rally Study. Your participants will be automatically marked as completed in Rally when they reach the end of the Ballpark test.

Use Ballpark Tests in Rally Studies

  1. Create a new unmoderated test or survey study in Rally.

  2. When prompted to select the app used for the test, choose Ballpark.

  3. In Ballpark, go to any project and click on Share and copy the URL.

  4. Enter test URL: Paste in your Ballpark share link into your Rally Study.

  5. Complete study setup and begin research.

Rally details can be displayed in Ballpark responses, including:

  • Participant ID

  • Study ID

  • Source of response

Each attribute can be filtered and exported, alongside your study results too! You can configure your data table in Ballpark to display additional information from Rally including Participant ID and Study ID. This is found in the Column menu in Ballpark.

As responses start rolling in, you can see if the source of the response is Rally in the Source column.
